Strategic Points Group is not pretending to replace traditional real estate professionals. We are offering an alternative vehicle in listing and selling your property with less traditional services. This method allows us to pass the savings onto our clients.
By the Seller's assistance in marketing, negotiations, open houses, etc. - your potential net savings are immense.

In addition your listing will appear on literally hundreds of other websites that display MLS listings, including national sites such as realtor.com, yahoo.com, msn.com, zillow.com and our vastly traveled site StrategicPointsGroup.com. These sites will feed to hundreds of real estate agent’s websites through Broker reciprocity.

Using our Flat Fee MLS Listing Service will save you thousands in commissions, and you will retain control of the entire sales transaction. This program is designed to give the client who feels comfortable selling their property themselves the maximum exposure they need to market their property without paying outrageous real estate fees.

How it Works

Strategic Points Group charges a minimal flat fee of $499.00 to list your home for sale on the MLS for 6 months. This allows sellers full exposure to all realtors while being able to sell their home on their own. The seller may withdraw it at anytime. Unlike other discount services Strategic Points Group does not collect any commission at closing unless we produce a buyer for your property.

The seller handles all showings, offers and any other issue pertaining to the sale of their home, including keeping their own sign on the property. A closing agent either a title company or attorney is required in all sale transactions whether a realtor is used or not. They will handle all closing documents.

All realtors will see your property’s listing every time they are looking for that price range and area. If the seller decides to accept an offer from one of the realtor’s buyers, than seller would owe only that realtor a commission which the seller will stipulate on the listing fee agreement.

Finally, the seller may sell their home with no realtor involved. Then no commission is due at all. This service offers sellers the opportunity to list their home on the MLS and still be able to sell their home on their own with no obligation to pay a commission.
